Yes. The Field Operations workspace lets Texas public adjusters organize claim files, scope rooms and line items room-by-room, track deadlines, and generate estimates — a focused back office for active claims.
No. The certificate confirms completion of a practice exam only and does not constitute a state-issued license. To become licensed in Texas, you must complete the TDI application process, pass the official exam, and meet all state requirements.
