Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
AdjScope explains how account, claim-workflow, learning, usage, support, and payment-related information may be collected, used, protected, and shared.
Information we collect
AdjScope may collect information you provide when you create an account, manage an office workspace, enter claim information, use training or exam features, contact support, or interact with billing features. This may include names, contact information, workspace details, claim-related information, study activity, usage records, support records, consent records, and transaction references.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the platform, operate claim and learning features, maintain account access, support customers, improve performance, measure usage, communicate about the service, document customer consent, and administer purchases or subscriptions.
Sensitive claim information
Claim and customer information entered into a private AdjScope workspace is intended for authorized workspace users. Users are responsible for entering information they are permitted to handle and for following applicable privacy, insurance, employment, contractual, and records-retention requirements.
Service providers
AdjScope may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, communications, integration, and payment providers to operate the service. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services and are governed by their own agreements and privacy practices.
Payments
Payment-card processing is handled through a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. AdjScope does not need to store complete payment-card numbers in its application database. Transaction identifiers, customer and subscription references, invoice details, purchase status, and related billing records may be retained.
Consent and billing records
When a customer accepts checkout terms, AdjScope may retain the authenticated account identifier, email address, date and time, product or plan, displayed price, applicable policy versions, whether recurring billing was authorized, and basic request/device information. These records are maintained for customer service, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Cookies and technical data
The service may use cookies, local storage, device or browser information, IP-derived security information, log data, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, performance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Data retention and security
AdjScope uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve customer records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain legitimate business records.
Cancellation is not automatic deletion
Ending a paid subscription does not automatically delete claim files, billing history, consent records, or other historical account information. This is intended to prevent accidental loss and preserve business records. A separate deletion request may be subject to legal, accounting, security, contractual, or records-retention requirements.
Your choices
You may manage certain account information through the service and may contact AdjScope through the Help Center regarding access, correction, or deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Children
AdjScope is intended for adults and professional users and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as AdjScope changes. The updated date on this page shows when the current version was published. Material changes may require renewed acceptance where appropriate.
