Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This policy explains how trial cancellation, annual subscription cancellation, one-time digital purchases, duplicate charges, technical-service issues, and refund reviews are handled.
30-day professional-plan trial
When offered, the 30-day free trial requires a payment method. Cancel before the disclosed trial end to stop the annual subscription charge. A cancellation scheduled during the trial remains effective at the end of the trial unless it is resumed before then.
Annual subscription cancellation
After an annual professional subscription charge has been paid, canceling normally stops the next renewal. Access ordinarily remains available through the paid-through date. Cancellation by itself does not automatically create a full or partial refund for the current annual period.
Technical-service resolution first
If a verified AdjScope platform-side technical issue materially prevents access to core paid functionality, the customer should submit a support request and provide the information reasonably needed to investigate. AdjScope must be given a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot and restore the affected service before a service-failure refund is considered.
Resolution timeframe
AdjScope will generally aim to resolve a verified platform-side issue affecting core paid functionality within 5 business days after receiving the information reasonably needed to investigate it. If the issue reasonably requires more time, AdjScope may communicate the status and an expected next step or timeframe.
When a refund review may apply
If AdjScope cannot restore materially affected core paid functionality within a reasonable communicated timeframe, the customer may request a refund review. Any approved refund may be full or prorated based on the nature and duration of the verified service failure, the portion of the paid period already available or used, and applicable law.
One-time digital purchases
One-time digital purchases such as exams, courses, access extensions, practice-attempt packs, or claim-shell packs are generally not refundable after access, attempts, time, or other purchased value has been granted or consumed, except for a verified duplicate or erroneous charge, a qualifying unresolved AdjScope platform-side failure, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Generally non-refundable circumstances
Refunds are generally not issued for change of mind, failure to use the service, forgetting to cancel before a clearly disclosed renewal or trial-end date, customer internet or device problems, unsupported or outdated browsers, lost credentials where account recovery is available, customer configuration errors, or failures of third-party products and services outside AdjScope’s reasonable control.
Duplicate or erroneous charges
A verified duplicate or erroneous AdjScope charge will be corrected promptly. Customers should contact AdjScope Support with enough information to identify the transaction.
Charge disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact AdjScope Support first so billing errors or technical issues can be investigated. Nothing in this policy removes any dispute, cancellation, refund, or other right that cannot legally be waived.
Applicable law
This policy is intended to establish clear commercial terms, but it does not limit rights or remedies that must be provided under applicable law.
