Service Limitations & Exclusions
Last updated: August 29, 2026
These limitations explain what AdjScope does not control or guarantee and where customer or third-party responsibility remains.
No professional substitution
AdjScope provides software, workflow, education, references, and AI-assisted tools. It does not replace the user’s professional judgment, legal counsel, engineering advice, carrier determinations, licensing authorities, or other qualified professionals.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated suggestions, summaries, assessments, educational explanations, and recommended next actions can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or incorrect inferences. Users must review AI output before using it in a claim, communication, estimate, filing, or professional decision.
Third-party integrations and websites
AdjScope does not control the availability, accuracy, security, pricing, policy changes, authentication requirements, account restrictions, or performance of Stripe, Base44, Gmail, government websites, carrier resources, Xactimate, CompanyCam, or other third-party systems a customer may connect or visit.
Customer devices and internet
AdjScope cannot guarantee performance on every device, browser, operating system, network, VPN, firewall, content blocker, accessibility tool, or internet connection. Supported-browser guidance and reasonable troubleshooting assistance may be provided.
Customer data and permissions
Customers are responsible for having authority to enter, upload, share, process, or retain claim, policyholder, employee, contractor, or other third-party information placed in AdjScope.
No guarantee of claim or licensing outcome
AdjScope does not guarantee insurance coverage, carrier approval, payment amount, supplement approval, claim settlement, regulatory acceptance, exam passage, licensing approval, employment, or business revenue.
Evolving platform
AdjScope may be offered in beta or may contain developing features. Functionality can change as the service is tested, improved, secured, or adapted to third-party and regulatory changes.
Security
AdjScope uses technical and administrative safeguards designed to reduce risk, but no internet or SaaS platform can guarantee that outages, vulnerabilities, unauthorized activity, data loss, or security incidents will never occur.
Reasonable support
AdjScope may provide self-service tutorials, automated guidance, and a support-request process. Support does not guarantee an immediate solution to every technical problem, but verified platform-side issues affecting paid core functionality are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
